Occupations: OK-CSCPA Mailing List
OK-CSCPA-L
lists2Topic: A mailing list for anyone with a genealogical or historical interest in the Oklahoma Cherokee Strip Cow Punchers Association (CSCPA) and the people associated with it. Over Labor Day weekend in 1920, George W. Miller of the 101 Ranch in Bliss (Marland), Oklahoma invited cowboys that had ridden the Chisholm and other cattle trails to a rodeo at the 101 Ranch. While assembled the men decided to form the CSCPA, a social and fraternal organization, and meet every year on Labor Day weekend.
